Laeeq Hassan is a globally recognised construction and commercial management executive with more than 30 years of experience across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Pakistan. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, he has advised governments, developers, contractors and multinational clients on some of the region's largest giga and landmark projects, combining rigorous formal education with deep practical experience in commercial and contractual management.
Throughout his career, Laeeq has led multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle — from feasibility, risk management and financial planning through to cost control, value engineering and contractual compliance — on high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, iconic mosques, highways, infrastructure networks, dams and government mega-projects.
He founded StanCroft to bring this same standard of chartered, founder-led commercial advisory directly to clients in Pakistan and the GCC.
Muhammad Azam is a seasoned commercial and contract management professional with 30 years of experience across major construction, infrastructure, transportation, residential, hospitality and building projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Pakistan.
He has held senior commercial and quantity surveying roles on some of the region's most significant developments, including NEOM Industrial City (OXAGON), The Line, the Madinah Haram Expansion Project, the Haramain High-Speed Railway, and Dubai World Central's airfield and infrastructure works — providing commercial leadership across both pre-contract and post-contract stages, from RFP management and tender documentation through to contract administration, claims and variation assessment, final accounts and contract closeout.
